Youth appeals from an order of the juvenile court denying his motion to dismiss a delinquency petition and to set aside a judgment finding him to be within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court. The court denied the motion after determining that the court's jurisdiction over youth — and its authority to enter an order dismissing the delinquency petition — ended when youth's probation ended in 2003.
