Defendant was convicted of theft in the second degree, ORS 164.045, and appeals the trial court's denial of her motion to dismiss the case on statutory speedy trial grounds under ORS 135.747. Defendant was brought to trial on the charge approximately 17 months after issuance of the accusatory instrument. For 10 of those 17 months, defendant was incarcerated in state prison after having been convicted on other charges in another county. Relying on
