292 P.3d 587 (2012)

253 Or. App. 754

D.A., Petitioner-Respondent, v. Joshua Bruce WHITE, Respondent-Appellant.

Court of Appeals of Oregon.

Decided December 5, 2012.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

David A. Hill , Eugene, argued the cause and filed the brief for appellant.

No appearance for respondent.

Before ORTEGA, Presiding Judge, and SERCOMBE, Judge, and HADLOCK, Judge.

Strubel, 238 Or.App. 254, 256, 242...
