Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, ORS 163.427 (Counts 1 and 4); one count of furnishing alcohol to a minor, ORS 471.410(2) (Count 2); one count of attempted sodomy in the second degree, ORS 163.395 and ORS 161.405(2)(c) (Count 3); and one count of harassment, ORS 166.065(4) (Count 7).
