In this juvenile dependency case, father appeals from a juvenile court order denying his motion to dismiss jurisdiction over his child, M, and a permanency judgment that changed the permanency plan for M to guardianship. Father contends that the basis for the court's jurisdiction no longer existed at the time of his motion to dismiss. Alternatively, father claims that the court erred by changing the permanency plan to guardianship rather than reunification...
