Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for nine counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, ORS 163.427; two counts of unlawful sexual penetration in the first degree, ORS 163.411; and one count of sodomy in the first degree, ORS 163.405. The indictment alleged 15 counts of sexual offenses against two children.
