This is a criminal case in which defendant appeals the trial court's judgment convicting him of two counts of manufacture of cocaine, ORS 475.876, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, ORS 163.575. On appeal, defendant assigns error to the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence that police officers discovered after they entered his backyard, knocked on his back door, and obtained his consent to enter and search his house...
