Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance, ORS 475.856, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, ORS 475.860(2), and felon in possession of a firearm, ORS 166.270. He asserts that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained following an officer's warrantless entry into his apartment. On review for errors of law, State v.
