Following a stipulated facts trial, defendant was convicted of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, ORS 475.894. On appeal, defendant assigns error to the trial court's denial of her motion to suppress evidence discovered during a traffic stop in which she consented to the search of her car and her purse. She contends that the arresting officer unlawfully extended the traffic stop and that her consent was the unattenuated product of that unlawful conduct...
