Defendant appeals a judgment holding him in punitive contempt of court, ORS 33.065, for failure to appear at two pretrial hearings. He contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion for judgment of acquittal on both counts. We conclude that the trial court did not err in denying the motion for judgment of acquittal on Count 1. We further conclude that defendant did not preserve his contention with respect to Count 2, and that that argument...
