Defendant pleaded guilty to and was convicted of third-degree sexual abuse, ORS 163.415. The trial court sentenced him to 36 months of supervised probation, subject to several general and special conditions. Defendant now appeals, contending that the trial court erred in imposing special conditions of probation that prohibited him from having contact with minors or frequenting places where minors congregate.
