In this action for intentional interference with economic relations, plaintiff alleged that defendant Oregon AFL-CIO (her former employer) and defendant Thomas Chamberlain (president of the Oregon AFL-CIO) "intentionally and maliciously" sought to prevent her from gaining employment with the Oregon School Employees Association (OSEA).
