Defendant appeals a judgment sentencing him to 70 months of incarceration and five years of post-prison supervision following his guilty plea to robbery in the second degree. Defendant asserts that the trial court erred in sentencing him to five years of post-prison supervision because the maximum term of post-prison supervision for his conviction is three years.
