After a guilty plea, defendant was convicted of second-degree assault, ORS 163.175, and DUII, ORS 813.010.1 He appeals from a supplemental judgment in which the trial court imposed restitution for expenses incurred by the victim, who was struck by defendant's car while defendant was driving under the influence.
