Defendant appeals judgments of conviction in Case Nos. A141597 and A141598, raising two assignments of error. We reject without discussion defendant's pro se assignment to the denial of his motion for a mistrial in the consolidated jury trial of both cases. That leaves defendant's assignment of error that pertains only to the judgment in Case No. A141598, in which he was convicted of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine (Count 1), ORS 475.890...
