Mother and father appeal from juvenile court judgments changing the permanency plans for their two children, "Mu" and "Me," from reunification to adoption. They each contend that the court erred in (1) concluding that the Department of Human Services (DHS) had made reasonable efforts to reunify the family; (2) concluding that mother had not made sufficient progress to enable the children to return home;1 and (3) relying on facts...
