Plaintiff, an Oregon resident, was riding her Harley-Davidson motorcycle in Idaho when she noticed that the front wheel appeared unstable. She took the motorcycle to defendant Grand Teton Cycles, LLC, a Harley-Davidson dealership in Idaho Falls, where an employee performed service and repairs.
