Defendant appeals her conviction for theft in the first degree, ORS 164.055, challenging the trial court's award of restitution. Defendant argues that the trial court erred by imposing restitution in the absence of sufficient evidence of the value of the merchandise that she stole or the necessary repair costs for the property that she damaged.
