Defendant was convicted of multiple counts of burglary and theft and a single count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He sought post-conviction relief. The post-conviction court ordered that defendant's term of incarceration be reduced from 26 to 24 months on each count, "with all other terms and conditions of the original Judgment to remain the same."
