At issue in this case is whether it is in the best interests of the children for mother, their custodial parent, to relocate with the children from Oregon to California. After multiple hearings on the matter, the trial court awarded mother custody and accepted her proposed parenting plan, which allowed her to move to California with the children. Father appeals; he contends, inter alia, that the trial court erred in allowing mother to move to California...
