In this juvenile delinquency case, the state alleges that youth is within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court for committing acts that, if committed by an adult, would constitute possession of a controlled substance. The juvenile court granted the youth's pretrial motion to suppress evidence seized from him during a warrantless search at his high school, and the state appeals. ORS 419A.200(1).
