Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of first-degree sexual abuse. ORS 163.427. Defendant asserts that the trial court erred in admitting into evidence a diagnosis of child sexual abuse in the absence of any physical evidence. See State v. Southard, 347 Or. 127, 218 P.3d 104 (2009) (holding that admission of such evidence is error). Defendant did not preserve that issue...
