Defendant appeals his convictions for unauthorized use of a vehicle, ORS 164.135(1)(a), possession of a stolen vehicle, ORS 819.300, and giving false information to a peace officer, ORS 162.385. Defendant asserts that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence.
