Plaintiff owns property including a house. Access to her property is across a bridge that she also owns. Plaintiff purchased a homeowner's insurance policy from defendant State Farm. When the bridge collapsed, plaintiff made a claim under the policy. Defendant denied the claim, and plaintiff filed this action, seeking a declaration that the policy covers the cost of replacing the bridge.
