He contends that (1) the trial court erred in denying, in part, his motion to suppress inculpatory statements that he made during police interrogation; (2) the admission of a physician's expert diagnosis, in the absence of diagnostic physical findings, that complainant had been sexually abused constituted plain error under State v. Southard,
