In this consolidated appeal, defendant appeals judgments of conviction for one count of driving while revoked (DWR), ORS 811.182, in Case Number C990276CR (the DWR case) and one count of DWR and one count of driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), ORS 813.010, in Case Number C990852CR (the DUII case), raising two assignments of error.
