Defendant was convicted of two counts of failing to report as a sex offender, ORS 181.599.1 On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a judgment of acquittal as to Count 1, because the indictment alleged that he failed to report to a "supervising agency," which he in fact did before being told by that agency to report elsewhere.
