This is a criminal case in which defendant was charged, in two indictments, with a total of 10 counts of sexual abuse in the second degree, ORS 163.425. Defendant was convicted on five of the counts.1 The trial court imposed sentences in the five counts of 19, 21, 25, 31, and 36 months, respectively, and ordered that all sentences be served concurrently.
