Defendant pleaded guilty to one count of failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged, ORS 811.700,1 and related crimes, arising from an incident in which defendant collided with an unmarked police cruiser, damaging the vehicle and injuring the driver. He appeals from a supplemental judgment ordering him to pay restitution pursuant to ORS 811.706 for the driver's medical expenses.2...
