In this consolidated appeal, defendant appeals judgments of conviction for two counts of unlawful delivery of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school, ORS 475.882; two counts of unlawful delivery of cocaine, ORS 475.880; and two counts of unlawful possession of cocaine, ORS 475.884, raising three assignments of error. He contends in his first and second assignments that the trial court violated his state and federal constitutional rights to confrontation...
