Plaintiffs filed two claims for relief against defendant, stating separate claims for overcharges for water and sewer services. The trial court entered a judgment awarding $3,823.50, plus prejudgment interest, for the water services overcharge claim and $5,688.00, plus prejudgment interest, for the sewer services overcharge claim.
