Father appeals a judgment terminating his parental rights to his son. Among other grounds for termination, the juvenile court found that father was unfit under ORS 419B.504 because of criminal conduct, emphasizing that, under the conditions of father's post-prison supervision (PPS), "[f]ather is not authorized to have contact with his child."
