Defendant appeals from convictions for attempted assault in the second degree, ORS 161.405(2)(c); ORS 163.175, felony attempt to elude a police officer, ORS 811.540(1)(b)(A), unauthorized use of a vehicle, ORS 164.135, and failure to perform the duties of a driver, ORS 811.700.
