Petitioner sought judicial review of a final order of the Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision (board) that affirmed an earlier order denying him rerelease on parole. The Court of Appeals granted petitioner leave to proceed with judicial review. However, before the court reached a decision, petitioner was released on parole.
