Defendant was convicted of one count of harassment, ORS 166.065, and one count of felon in possession of a firearm, ORS 166.270. Those convictions arose from a fight in which defendant hit and bit a woman, and, when police responded to a 9-1-1 call, they found defendant asleep in a bed with a loaded handgun underneath the pillow.
