(FedEx) appeals a judgment following a jury verdict in favor of plaintiffs Wieber and Intrepid Corporation on claims for breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, fraud, and intentional interference with economic relations.1 The judgment awards plaintiffs compensatory damages of $350,000 and punitive damages of $7 million.
