Defendants appeal from a judgment declaring plaintiffs to be the owners of a strip of property based on the trial court's conclusion that plaintiffs had established a boundary agreement or adverse possession of the property by clear and convincing evidence. As part of its judgment, the trial court also awarded plaintiffs damages and allowed reasonable attorney fees.
