Mother and father appeal judgments terminating their parental rights in their son, A, on the ground that they are unfit, ORS 419B.504, and, with regard to father, on the ground that he neglected the child, ORS 419B.506. On de novo review, ORS 419A.200(6)(b), we conclude that the trial court erred in terminating mother's and father's parental rights because the state did not prove by clear and convincing evidence that integration of the child...
