Mother appeals from a judgment terminating her parental rights to her son, A. The trial court found that, when A was six months old, mother shook him and caused serious injury. Based on that incident, a psychological evaluation, and other circumstances, the court held that mother was unfit by reason of extreme conduct, ORS 419B.502, and by reason of conduct or conditions seriously detrimental to A, ORS 419B.504, and that terminating mother's parental rights...
