In this aggravated murder case, the trial court concluded that the police did not have probable cause to arrest defendants without a warrant and granted defendants' motion to suppress certain evidence obtained after their arrest.1 For the reasons that follow, we conclude that the police had probable cause to arrest defendants and therefore reverse the trial court and remand for further proceedings.
