Defendant was convicted of the crimes of identity theft, ORS 165.800, and felon in possession of a firearm, ORS 166.270. He appeals the felon in possession conviction and assigns error to the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence of a firearm seized during an inventory search of a pickup truck.
