This case concerns whether defendant, the state medical examiner, was obliged to supply plaintiff with a copy of the autopsy and laboratory tests report demanded under the Public Records Law, ORS 192.410 to 192.505. The trial court concluded that the record was exempt from public disclosure under ORS 192.502(9)(a), and entered a judgment dismissing plaintiff's complaint.
