Plaintiff appeals a judgment entered following a trial in which the jury awarded her $3,103.30 in economic damages and $1.00 in noneconomic damages arising from a car accident. Plaintiff advances three assignments of error. First, she assigns error to the trial court's refusal to resubmit the verdict to the jury with a clarifying instruction regarding the award of noneconomic damages.
