In this appeal, respondent challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support a permanent stalking protective order (SPO) issued against him. On de novo review, Hanzo v. deParrie, 152 Or.App. 525, 537, 953 P.2d 1130 (1998), rev. den., 328 Or. 418, 987 P.2d 512 (1999), we reverse.

Between 2001 and May or June of 2005, petitioner and respondent lived together...
