Plaintiff brought this action against her former employer, Ann Sacks Tile & Stone, Inc. (ASTS), and its parent company, Kohler Co. She alleged that defendants discriminated against her on the basis of sexual orientation and terminated her employment in retaliation for her complaints about unlawful discrimination.
