In three consolidated cases, defendant was charged with various offenses involving the sexual and physical abuse of his two daughters, H and A. After a jury trial, he was convicted of first-degree rape, coercion, first-degree criminal mistreatment, fourth-degree assault, harassment, first-degree sodomy, and first- and third-degree sexual abuse of the victims. He appeals from those judgments of conviction and from the sentence imposed by the trial court...
