In this domestic relations case, father appeals a supplemental judgment modifying custody and parenting time. We affirm.

Father filed a dissolution petition on June 16, 2003, and sought full custody of the parties' son. The dissolution judgment was entered on December 20, 2004. At the time of the dissolution judgment, mother had a methamphetamine problem and had been a victim of domestic violence. The child had been removed from mother's care...
