Defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), ORS 813.010, and assigns as error the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress. Before trial, defendant filed a motion to "suppress all evidence relating to his arrest for [DUII]." The trial court denied defendant's motion to suppress, and defendant entered a conditional guilty plea pursuant to ORS 135...
