¶1 There are two issues on appeal. First, should dram shop liability be extended to create a cause of action for a voluntarily intoxicated adult patron who is injured or dies as a result of his own intoxication? We reaffirm our holding in Ohio Casualty Insurance Co. v. Todd, 1991 OK 54, 813 P.2d 508
