ORDER ASSUMING ORIGINAL JURISDICTION FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF ATOKA COUNTY

¶ 1 The petitioner, Stacey Hemphill (Hemphill) is an inmate in the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.1 On May 11, 2012, while incarcerated in Atoka County, he filed a petition in the District Court of Atoka County to change his name to "Apokalypse God Allah."2
